FYKE HUMAN FILTER MASK

We wanted to provide a face mask that provided the most protection while being reusable at the same time. The masks are available in two sizes. Small and Large. To determine your size, take a measuring tape and measure from the bridge of your nose to just the bottom of your chin. If your measurement is closer to 5 inches then you are a small. If your measurement is closer to 6 inches then you are a large. Each mask comes with adjustable ear straps. We will provide 3 disposable PM 2.5 filters with each mask.

- Small Mask roughly measures 8x5.25

- Large Mask roughly measures 10x5.75

-Mask fabric: 100% polyester, elastic straps: 80% nylon, 20% spandex, latex-free.

- Include adjustable straps.

-Before wearing any fabric face mask for the first time, remove the filter and wash the mask. Always remove filter before washing the mask.

-Wash by hand or in a washing machine. If using a washing machine, use a gentle cycle and natural detergent. Air dry or machine dry on low heat.

This product shall remain authorized for such uses only for the duration of the FDA’s declaration, under section 564(b)(1) of the Federal, Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), that circumstances exist justifying the emergency use of medical devices, unless the EUA is terminated or revoked sooner. The spread of COVID-19 can be reduced when cloth face coverings are used along with other preventive measures, including social distancing, frequent handwashing, and cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.
